Rebecca runs a great website named World of lucid dreaming. The site is dedicated to the field of lucid dreaming and surrounding subjects. I really recommend the website. She was interested in the new technique behind Xphirience and decided to do a review, including a short interview with me. She got some very nice experiences herself while listening to Xphirience, and tried it several times over a period of about 3 weeks before the review, So you can imagine she had good things to say!

If you are familiar with this site, you will already know I am a big fan of binaural beats. So I was interested to discover the Xphirience meditation MP3, based on a new proprietary sound technology that induces states of instant meditation and deep relaxation within minutes. However, unlike Hemi Sync, Holosync, and other popular brands of brainwave entrainment, this one draws its power from a technology nicknamed the Bliss Code.
Its creator, Marcus Knudsen, is a musician from Sweden who discovered the Bliss Code while studying the Golden Ratio in nature and magnetic fields.
You can read my interview with Marcus below, where he explains the technology in layman's terms. But first, take a look at this short video clip about the powerful relaxation effects of Xphirience:
The meditation MP3 is 33 minutes long. However, I find the track so physically relaxing that I only need to listen to it in 10-15 minute bursts. Anymore than that and I end up too relaxed to move afterwards...!
The brainwave entrainment also caused some pleasant physical effects around my body, such as floating limbs, or disassociation. I don't use it for Wake Induced Lucid Dreams as this requires some control of my mental state - instead I find it easier just to let my thoughts drift while listening to Xphirience. It's perfect for when I'm feeling too tired to meditate, yet I still get the effects of deep relaxation.
Some of the effects reported by other users include:
The creator of the Xphirience meditation MP3 took some time out explain exactly how his unique form of brainwave entrainment works:
Rebecca: How did you discover the Bliss Code?
Marcus:
I came up with this idea while
studying the Golden Ratio in nature and magnetic fields. If you look at
whirling water you can see that a drawing-in of mass (energy) is created
by the whirling. So I set out to see if I could get the human energy
field to get the same kind of effect. This would mean that if it worked
we would draw in "cosmic light", "prana" or whatever people choose to
call it.

The advanced yogis sometimes enter a blissful state they describe as tasting the nectar of God or being filled with the divine light/presence. This state is because they set themselves in a state were this implosion of light happens. So I tried to recreate that by programming the frequencies of the Golden Ratio and hoping the brain would recognize the natural properties of the sound and set itself in that "mode". It worked! Amazingly, some people (including myself) have reported instant meditation through this new form of brainwave entrainment.
Rebecca: How did you create Xphirience?
Marcus: To create the resonating sounds of the Golden Ratio I needed a sound editing software that was able to to EQ settings very precisely with three decimals (like lets say 150.999 Hz). I found the frequencies that I used when I was looking at the math behind the whole Golden Ratio principle and found out how the sound in Hz would apply to this sound.
Rebecca: How many people have listened to Xphirience?
Marcus: Xphirience is brand new - released in late August, although I had plenty of volunteers during my initial experiments last year who wanted to see what the fuss was about! The response was extremely positive. They have continued to listen to the brainwave entrainment MP3, often daily for several weeks at a time, and reported very positive things. There have been no negative effects whatsoever.
It seems that the incoming light/energy/prana starts balancing negative blockages like negative emotions and such. People who felt irritated or sad to begin with could listen to Xphirience and feel better immediately. People who have never meditated before also report feelings of deep relaxation within minutes of listening. Needless to say, I am really excited about the potential of the Bliss Code and hope many people tune in to its power, even during this early stage of development.
You can visit the Xphirience website to download the meditation MP3 for $25. If you don't like it, Marcus guarantees to refund your money. You can listen to it from your computer, or upload it to your MP3 player to listen to it anytime, anywhere for deep relaxation effects.
Once Marcus builds up some scientific proof of the brainwave entrainment effect of the Bliss Code, I'm sure he will be selling a full range of products. However I know that right now, his focus is to get as many people listening to this first edition Bliss Code as possible in order to prove its value in this experimental stage.
So give this meditation MP3 a go and see what altered states you can achieve. Do let Marcus know about the range of positive effects you feel as this all helps the case for the Bliss Code and Xphirience for instant meditation.
