Terms and Conditions
	To be an authorized affiliate of Xphirience.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Xphirience.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the Xphirience.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. If you or your website is involved in, or related to anything that is found inappropriate by the owner of xphirience.com including, but not limited to, pornography, violence, drugs, spam, extreme political or religious views, illegal activity etc, Xphirience.com has the right to remove you as an affiliate and stop all payouts immediately without prior notice. Purchases done by the affiliate using his or her own affiliate link will not be counted and therefore not commissioned. Only PayPal will be used for commission payout. Any sale generated that is refunded will be removed from your commission payout. Commission payout will be the 1st of every month and if your commission earned is over the minimum amount needed to be entitled for the payout. If you have not reached the minimum commission amount to get a payout by the 1st of the month, the payout will be done the 1st of the following month in which you reached the minimum amount. The minimum payout amount can be found at www.xphirience.com and can change at any time. If www.xphirience.com should suffer technical or any other issues resulting in the website being unavailable or non working for any period of time, you will not get compensated financially or in any other way. You are not allowed to state official representation of Marcus Knudsen, unless you have a prior written statement from him to do so. As an affiliate You have the right to quote any text or use any information or images from www.xphirience.com only to help sell the products and not in a way that will work against xphirience.com. You are not allowed to sell or give out the products, in whole or partly in any way on your own or any other website, location or media of any kind. You are not allowed to give out free samples of the products sold of Xphirience.com for download. You are free to point the customer to free samples on other websites released by Marcus Knudsen, or to use his youtube videos containing free samples on your website or in forums or other public websites, like forums and blogs. If you see any unothorized spreading of the xphirience.com products, you are required to report this. If a system security threat is detected from an affiliate trying to generate false commissions or in other ways posing a threat to the affiliate system, this affiliate will be suspended or terminated from his/her account. Xphirience.com has the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if a reason is found for doing so. This reason may or may not be included in this "terms and conditions" document. Breaking these terms and conditions can lead to suspension of your affiliate account and removal of all pending payments you may have.
