I'm the guy behind this website. If you have heard me talking in the introduction video and wonder what accent I have, It's because I'm Swedish :-)
I always try to answer all emails as soon as I can and keep a high level of support to you. I have worked 5 years at a support department and know what good support really is. During working days you can expect reply within 24hours (usually a lot faster).
